Attorney Jessica Dickman
Attorney Dickman is a Racine, Wisconsin native and 2015 graduate of Marquette University Law School. During law school, she served as a staff editor of the Marquette Elder's Advisor Law Review, a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution/Client Skills Board, and interned for Assurant Health's legal department. She was inducted into the Pro Bono Society through her volunteer work with the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic.
Attorney Dickman joined Lagmann in April 2016 and focuses her practice on family law.
Attorney Jamie A. Epstein
Attorney Epstein grew up in Kansas City and graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in political science. After working on a successful Senate campaign in New Hampshire and for a political nonprofit, she earned her law degree from Marquette University. During law school, she served as co-President of the American Constitution Society, Vice-President of the Labor and Employment Law Society, and Justice of Phi Alpha Delta. Regular volunteer shifts at the Milwaukee Justice Center earned her a place in the Pro Bono Society.
Attorney Epstein joined Lagmann in May of 2015 and focuses her practice on all areas of family law.
Attorney Andrew J. Golden (Managing Attorney)
Attorney Golden is a 2009 graduate of Marquette University Law School, where he furthered the law school's focus on public interest and non-profit law by serving as the President of the Public Interest Law Society, overseeing an expansion of the summer fellowship program. During law school, he interned at Centro Legal and the State Public Defender's office, where he was actively involved in the defense of homicide and sexual assault cases.
He joined Lagmann in February of 2013, and currently focuses his practice on trial and appellate level criminal defense, juvenile law, CHIPS and JIPS, TPR cases, and mental health cases. Attorney Golden is also certified as a Guardian ad Litem, and is regularly appointed to represent wards in both adult and juvenile court proceedings.
Attorney Kyle Edward Jesinski
Attorney Jesinski, a native of Sheboygan, Wisconsin, is a 2011 graduate of Marquette University Law School. During law school, he interned with The Honorable Charles Kahn, Jr., was a co-president of the Public-Interest Law Society and interned with the State Public Defender's office. After graduating from law school, he interned at the Legal Aid Society of Wisconsin, where he honed his skills in bankruptcy and debt work.
He joined Lagmann in September of 2011, and has focused work on foreclosure defense, landlord tenant issues, bankruptcy, Ch 128 amortizations, and deceptive sales, fraud, and misrepresentation cases.
Attorney Amanda P. Luedtke
Attorney Luedtke graduated from Marquette University Law School, where she focused on trial preparation and earned her litigation certificate. During law school, she actively participated in Moot Court and earned first and second-place awards for brief writing. She also devoted her time to volunteering for the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic and was inducted into the Pro Bono Society.
Attorney Luedtke joined Lagmann in October 2016, and focuses her practice on Family and Criminal Law.
Thor Heidrek Templin, Administrator
Our administrator is a native of Milwaukee's near south side and graduate of South Division High School. Growing up bilingual with German and English in a Spanish-speaking neighborhood, he earned undergraduate and master's degrees in German and Scandinavian Studies from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. After spending some years teaching German at UW-Madison and at Western Kentucky University (Bowling Green, KY), he moved back to Milwaukee and attended law school at Marquette University while concurrently working as a records clerk at the Wisconsin Department of Corrections and completing a graduate certificate in Dispute Resolution.
